Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CAS Contracting is a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC# [________]). We carry general liability and workers' comp insurance, and we can provide certificates for your project. We're also bonded for the work we do.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer free on-site consultations and detailed written estimates for residential and commercial projects. After we visit the site and understand the scope, you'll get a line-item quote — not a ballpark.
How long does a typical remodel take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom remodel typically runs 3–6 weeks; a kitchen 6–10 weeks; a full-home remodel 3–6 months. We give you a detailed timeline up front and stick to it — weather, supply, and inspection delays excluded.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. As your general contractor, we pull all required permits, schedule all inspections, and coordinate with the city or county. You don't have to chase down the building department — we do.
What areas do you serve?
We work across the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction) and the wider Metro Phoenix area (Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Maricopa). If you're in the Valley, we can probably help — just ask.
Do you only work with homeowners, or with contractors too?
Both. Most of our work is direct-to-homeowner, but we also subcontract for builders, property managers, and other GCs. Reach out and we can talk about whether we're a fit.
